Mfalme Stitch Return & Refund Policy

At Mfalme Stitch, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in its original condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Customized or tailor-made clothing.
  • Altered garments.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items if:

  • You received the wrong size or wrong item.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrived damaged.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method or via M-Pesa, depending on how the order was paid.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged order), Mfalme Stitch will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
